F. REPAIR CHARGES

The following repair charges apply to equipment covered under a Limited Extended Service Agreement and to any equipment NOT registered as part of a Full Extended Service Agreement (your spare modules, for example).

1. For Emergency Repairs with a “return as soon as possible requirement”:
    • Per module repair fee of $550,
    • Plus parts,
    • Plus labor at $150.00 per hour (2-hour minimum),
    • Plus all shipping and any special handling charges.

2. For Non-Emergency Repairs (to be returned within five business days):
    • Per module repair fee of $375,
    • Plus parts,
    • Plus labor at $150.00 per hour (1-hour minimum),
    • Plus all shipping and any special handling charges.

3. Payment terms for the above services are cash prior to return shipment. Payment by Master Card or VISA is acceptable.

G. LOANER EQUIPMENT

NOTE: Loaner equipment is made available to ONLY Full Extended Service customers. Loaner charges are per the following fee schedule. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs (both ways).
