OUT OF WARRANTY REPAIR COSTS For equipment covered by a Limited Service Agreement the following Advance Replacement Exchange charges apply (in addition to shipping and handling, both ways): ADVANCE REPLACEMENT SCHEDULE (See notes d, e, f, g) ITEM, MODEL EXCHANGE FEE ($USD) 8193 Wide Carriage Printer (See Note a) NOTES: a. Advance Replacement not available. Call printer manufacturer for repair. b. Advance Replacement not available. Call Wyse at 1-800-800-9973 for repair. c. Replacement components billed at current prices in effect at the time of order. d. Assumes exchange of defective item with equivalent, and return of failed part to AXON. Includes repair costs. Advance replacements are shipped on a C.O.D. basis only, via common carrier. e. Exchanged parts carry a 90 day factory warranty, which does not include on site maintenance. f. If the defective item is not returned to AXON within 30-days from the date of shipment, you will be invoiced for the full replacement cost of the part and placed on a “NO SERVICE” status until the invoice is paid, or the part returned. g.
