The Spectrum Communication Servers give TAS businesses a full range of message delivery options. The Communication Servers manage the automatic transmission of messages to a wide range of client devices including alphanumeric pagers, fax, e-mail addresses, and other wireless devices. These transmissions are based on per-account schedules to either batch and transmit messages at specified daily times, or on a per-message basis.

The E-mail Server
	Sends and receives e-mail messages from the Internet
	Sends order entry transmissions to clients*
	Filters to accommodate wireless display devices
	Batches messages as file attachments, when desired
	Allows e-mail groups to send broadcast e-mail
	Provides real-time logging of all server activity and operator notification when errors occurred
The Fax Server
	Transmits to clients’ fax devices on a daily or hourly basis, or instantly
	Has port configuring and flex ports for transmission efficiency
	Has formatting and filtering options to accommodate devices and desired customer output
	Provides real-time logging of server activity and operator notification when errors occur
Alpha Transmission
	Transmits messages to alpha pagers with a single keystroke
	Enables sequencing and countdown capabilities
	Supports 999 alpha terminal configurations
