Telescan’s
Order Entry software is capable of handling mail-order
and catalog clients with vastly increased functionality
and efficiency. Because it operates completely within
the Spectrum environment, using the software does not
require additional staffing or extensive training.
Processing an order entry call is integrated with the
Spectrum agent functions used to process traditional
TAS calls. From a single agent workstation, an agent
can handle either type of call, having the full functionality
and speed that the Spectrum system has to offer. Spectrum’s
integrated Fax and Email allows orders to be batched
at scheduled times or transmitted individually.
