| Callers can be routed
to voice mail to hear generic or personalized announcements
for the account each time the account is called or only
when the system is experiencing heavy traffic. Accounts
can also be programmed as “standalone” voice
mail with no access to agents. |
| This feature allows callers to be
routed to voice mail to hear a client’s greeting
and to leave a message, but when necessary, the caller
can press a key to access a call agent. At that point
the Spectrum™ disconnects from voice mail and the
call will be on-hold for the agent. |
| Agents can pass through callers to
the account’s voice mailbox so they can leave a
confidential message. |
